Delete your Torq account

Delete immediately in the app

1. Open Profile in Torq.
2. Select Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the warning.

This starts permanent deletion of your profile, vehicle information, posts, messages, and account-associated media. It cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

1. Email us from an address that helps us verify account ownership. Do not include your full phone number in the message.
2. Use the subject “Torq account deletion request” and include your license plate.
3. After a security check, the request will be completed within 30 days.

What is deleted?

Profile information, vehicle information, posts, comments, private messages, and other account-associated personal information are deleted or de-identified. Limited records necessary for legal obligations, safety, and fraud prevention may be retained for the period permitted by law.
