Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Torq mobile app and related services. By creating a Torq account, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and accept responsibility for activity on your account. Torq is not intended for anyone under 13. You may use a license plate only in a lawful and authorized manner.
2. Safe use
Torq is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact local emergency or law-enforcement services. Do not use the app while operating a vehicle; follow traffic rules and local law. Do not rely on location or driver-alert information as a complete or real-time safety warning.
3. User content and conduct
Post only content you have the right to share. Threats, harassment, hate speech, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, impersonation, illegal activity, spam, and content that infringes another person’s rights are prohibited. You retain ownership of your content and grant Torq a non-exclusive technical license to host, process, and display it to operate the service.
4. Moderation
We may remove or limit the visibility of content that violates these rules and may suspend or terminate accounts. Users can report profiles and content and block other users. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome for every report.
5. Service availability
We may change the service, temporarily suspend it, or update features. To the extent permitted by law, Torq is provided as-is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Suspension and deletion
You may delete your account in the app at any time. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, safety risks, or legal requirements.
7. Privacy and contact
