Child Safety Standards
Torq has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every user and all content on Torq.
What Torq prohibits
Users must not create, upload, request, share, distribute, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child. This includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, trafficking, and attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor. Any such use of Torq is strictly prohibited.
How to report a concern
Use the Report action available in Torq on profiles, posts, comments, and conversations. You can also block an account to stop further interaction. For urgent child-safety concerns, email our designated child-safety contact at abfarza@gmail.com.
How Torq responds
We review reports and may remove content, restrict or permanently suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, and take other steps needed to protect users. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we act in accordance with applicable law, including reporting to the appropriate national or regional authorities when required.
Immediate danger
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. Do not download, copy, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it.
Age requirement
Torq is not intended for children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required in their country.
